Volunteer
Planting Faith organizes logistics for short-term mission teams. These trips provide invaluable experiences for volunteers, farmers and our staff.  If you or a group would like to travel to Kenya and serve with farmers please contact Anna Terry aterry@plantingfaith.org.  Please note the trips are Christ Centered, not adventure centered (though there will be adventure).

After sharing a meal with Samuel (a farmer) and his family,  Samuel leaned back and said, “You know in our culture, we love visitors. We say they are blessings.” Those words shook me … these Kenyans had saved to be able to serve us meat and spent the morning preparing. … They washed our hands before the meal, and made sure we were comfortable …. I know nothing of hospitality like this. I can’t even imagine what it would be like to welcome someone with half of the lavishness with which they welcomed us.
